SOLAR SHINE ENERGY

Our Customer Promise

Buy with confidence. Buy with security.

When you purchase your solar equipment from Solar Shine Energy, you are not simply buying panels, batteries or inverters — you are gaining a long-term point of contact you can come back to.

Installers can come and go, businesses can change and circumstances can change. That is why we believe your equipment should be backed by a company you know you can return to.

Solar Shine Energy is based in Co. Down, Northern Ireland, and supplies solar equipment across the island of Ireland.

Your equipment. Your choice. Your security.

When you buy your equipment through Solar Shine Energy, you have the reassurance of having an established online supplier you can return to for:

• Solar panels
• Inverters
• Batteries
• EV chargers
• Mounting systems
• Cabling and electrical equipment
• Replacement parts and accessories

What happens if you have a problem?

If you experience an issue with your equipment or have difficulties contacting your original installer, Solar Shine Energy can be your first point of contact.

We have an extensive network of installation contractors and experienced professionals who may be able to assist with installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repairs or replacement work, subject to availability and the nature of the issue.

We cannot guarantee that every installer will remain in business or that every issue will be covered, but our aim is to give you somewhere to turn when you need help.

We want you to feel secure in your purchase

Buying a solar system is a long-term investment. We believe you should not be left wondering who to contact a few years down the line.

That's why our promise is simple:

Buy your solar equipment from Solar Shine Energy and have a trusted supplier you can come back to.

Whether you need advice, replacement equipment, additional products, or help finding an installer, we're here to help wherever we can.

OUR PROMISE

Your installer may change. Your equipment may change.
But Solar Shine Energy is here to be your go-to solar supplier.
